El Salvador - Los Bellotos
Maria Pacas and her family have farmed coffee in El Salvador since 1905. They purchased Finca Los Bellotos in 2012 for its varieties and location. Protected from wind by the giant Izalco Volcano, this is where they discovered their famous Bernardina varietal.
