Guji coffee has been receiving a lot of attention from the specialty coffee world in the past several years. Grown in Ethiopia's lush Guji Zone at elevations of 5,800-7,550 feet, this coffee showcases the region's signature floral aromatics, vibrant citrus, and sweet stone fruit notes. Nestled in the Oromia highlands, Guji's rich volcanic soil and ideal climate produce exceptional beans celebrated for their clarity and complexity in the cup.
