Our roasting process is what makes your coffee so good, and it takes a little time — at least 48 hours, Monday–Friday. Shopify’s pickup dates can be misleading, so please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before visiting. We’ll be in touch as soon as it’s fresh and ready!
